At 8:24 this morning, the Sun and Moon meet at 28 degrees 21 minutes Libra, the twelfth house of Washington, D.C.’s chart. Find the picture below! This new moon evokes memories and dreams of the Saturn-Pluto conjunction at 28 Libra in late 1982 and early 1983.
Both individually and collectively, we are reflecting on the past. Mercury conjunct Mars in Scorpio (perfect early this morning) reminds us that in order to grow in strength and wisdom, we must walk the talk. Keep the promises you make to yourself and others. This is a brave moment.
The chart also shows the Finger of God, with the Moon and Sun both at the apex of Libra, aspecting Uranus in Gemini, Neptune in Aries, Saturn in Pisces, and Ceres in Aries. This makes a total of six planets in God’s Finger, well above the required three. There’s a big story being told here, and a huge mystery waiting for you to solve. Why does this feel so familiar? We’ve been here before. But now we have the benefit of hindsight.
Air signs also have a Grand Trine in the first few degrees: composed of Pluto and Athena in Aquarius, Venus in Libra, and Uranus in Gemini. This aspect takes us back to the mid-1960s, when Pluto and Uranus met in Virgo. The protests that happened then changed the world, and we can do it again.
