You don’t have to be the Sun sign Leo, nor do you have to have difficulties between the Sun and Neptune, which is related to feeling a lack of confidence. You just need to be a basic need of humanity to feel good about yourself and get attention. We think of the Sun and Leo, its symbols as symbols of self-expression and self-confidence. But maybe they symbolize effort For these things.
The symbol of the sun – a tiny spot surrounded by a circle – always reminds me of the bull who aims – the astrological sun describes the perspective of our goal and how we develop in the form of an individual to achieve our goal. We start with a tiny, almost invisible spot, surrounded by empty, insulated space, and then create a solid circle around all of these spaces, a boundary that can safely contain our terrible little. We also have kindness, it is not that scary or small. But if we draw the boundaries too closely, we become a closed system and kindness is hard to leave.
For some of us, building a circle that is strong enough can be a lifelong job. Others seem to have strong boundaries from the start. People with healthy self can dance between self and non-selfoccasionally navigate the boundary space where the boundary does not exist, and then safely return to the center of the circle. They know how to play, and how to recreate themselves; they can cause micro-falls permanently or from reality, viewing them as a pleasant and evolving journey.
However, Leo is a fixed signal that tends to find this flexibility elusive and even threatening. Leo likes themselves more, thank you. If Leo was an actor, he would be John Wayne, who was always John Wayne, no matter what role he played on the screen. So during the annual Leo season, we usually focus on strengthening the traits and creative impulses that make up the boundaries between us and others and defining who we are.
Going down the maze
But in this new moon in Leo, in close opposition to Pluto, and in happier aspects of Saturn, Uranus and Neptune, the impulse to leap past and new adventures is at least as powerful as the desire for Leo to flourish. Break with the past can be very freeSometimes the only way to initiate change is to act boldly and irrevocably. In this new moon, we have better changes than average chances, which really means something.
We live in reckless, destructive times. But see another way, the world is in the process of recreating itself, and as we grow, we are integrating change and turmoil into the structure of our new future. Reason tells us to be afraid, but faith whispers, and now there are no wrong actions;How random, even these changes seem to be so, they all embed themselves into our new foundations such as Stray River Rocks and Sea Glass.
Perhaps this Leo’s new moon season needs a new glyph to offer the sun – not a closed circle with a dot in the middle, but a maze. The maze has a single, clear route that we can follow the center and backwards. In our lives walking around, no matter what kind of course we take, or how lost sometimes, we will inevitably be exactly where we are going to be.
The new moon is a dark time. It’s midnight now in our garden, and I’d love to doubt the chaos lurks in every shadow and to abide by the limitations of fear without a doubt. But while the new moon in Leo is now invisible to us, under the horizon of the night sky, it still exists and we feel it even if we can’t see it. It reminds us that we are in progress and that we are creating the self we want to be and the world we want to live in every day. Even if there are so many things in the world, in us, that might be better, Leo assures us that it will be – because we are free to be everything we want to be, and because there are so many benefits within us.
