Season of reflection: The journey of the sun is a symbol
Instead of moving the sun out of the sky, we can see each stage as a symbolic mirror, it is a meaningful coincidence that invites us to reflect. These rhythms can remind people of the spiritual journey, thus pointing to our deeper self-awareness and openness to the spirit.
As the Bible tells us: “For everything, there is a season and a time for everything under heaven” (Ecclesiastes 3:1).

This season symbolizes a new starting point, just like a birthday. It invites us to enter life with a new vitality, to let our light shine, and to remember the Word of Christ: “You are the light of the world” (Matthew 5:14). The challenge is to balance confidence and humility and ensure that our self-expression improves others, rather than letting us meet their needs.

Here, the focus turns to our value – our resources, our properties and the way we use them. This is a season to ask: Do I want material goods to define my value, or do I see them as tools of generosity and care? True abundance is not what we keep, but is in our sharing.

Here, the focus shifts to the daily rhythm – work, health and maintaining our small care behaviors. It is a season to restore discipline, nourish the body and be ordered for regular orders. Our faith teaches that even the smallest duties accomplished with love can be sanctified.
