The process of gratitude – Big Sky Astrology

Creativity is most astrologers with Leo, the symbol of this new moonand its ruler, the sun. Absolutely everyone has creativity, and while many people deny their creativity, they desire to connect with powerful and loving sources. But if you ask them to remember the situation where they lose all their time while doing what they like, almost everyone can come up with something. It could be as simple as a dead head rose, organizing a closet or playing fantasy football. “But this is not creative!” We might object, imagine creatives wearing berets and waving their brushes.
The process of gratitude
Of course, the passionate absorption of anything is a sign of creativity. The moment you are fully and happily engaging in certain activities, please enjoy their nuances and solve their delicious puzzles, you are involved in the request of the therapist Phil Stutz The process of gratitude. In his book Tools, Stutz describes five techniques he uses to help patients build a happier, fulfilling life. The process of gratitude takes the thought away from endless negative cycles and joyful interactions.
For example, if you are just doing something for money because your boss needs it, or your readers want to hear from you twice a month; if you are fully focused on what you should do, or if others will get well received from others, you are not in the process of gratitude. Motivate yourself with the sting of a whip is the opposite of creativitywhich is spontaneous, happy and self-guided.
As a writer, I am no stranger to whips. I’ve been writing about astrology for nearly thirty years now. In some ways it is getting easier, but in a very important way, it is now more difficult than before: Now, I feel self-conscious because more people are reading what I write. It’s easy to worry that what I’m writing is less compelling than anything else I’ve written, or that it might offend someone. Every time I finish a new post, my fingers linger on the Publish button; I’m a little worried about what will happen next.
Self-trap
When we fall into the self-trap and play the self-temptation shadow of Leo, we are particularly susceptible to creativity. “When you gain credibility for success, you also have to be responsible for any future failures,” Stutz notes. His antidote to creative anxiety is to connect with the source by thanking for what you already have. Literally, whenever you notice the idea of visiting a familiar negative community, you think about the things, people and environment you are grateful for. Gratitude opens your heart to the world around you in the same way, making the world look like a friendly, more kind place. You are not only happy, but also inspired – you can receive any ideas and inspiration.
Connect to source
Leo is a symbol of our connection to the source, whether you see it as God or physics, or something else. For our purposes, you can simply imagine it as a huge battery that brings enough energy and inspiration to everyone. In our Leo/Solar, we develop creative ways to connect with that loving and powerful source.
In the new moon of Leo, the source is close enough to touch. Now is the time to dazzle the world with a spectacular, creative leap.
First practice the process of gratitude. When negative thinking habits threaten to shut you down, comfort yourself with the spell of vibrant lemon, fresh out of the tree; friends who always make you laugh; parents who care enough for you to do your homework. This simple tool is like USB connection to a source of infinite creativity and joy, and that’s all you have. All you have to do is show up, do your work, and make your gratitude feel.
